This is the lowest price, yes but has been this price before.
The oddity is that the US do a type of dual of a two-pack of these and a discount. These type of chargers are the ones you have littered around the house as small, low cost and enough Wattage for most uses like phones. Great travel items. I usually travel with this and a dual 18W to get 4 ports 48W.

I think I may have seen @Shenoy share a deal or two on the twin pack of these before.
I really just wish I needed some of these.
I already have a “spare” PowerPort 5 and PowerPort III Mini.
