I just got the device today to replace my samsung powerbot as it has seen its better day. Love the samsung unit. I cannot connect my 30C to my wifi. I have tried everything that I have read in this forum. I am ready to ship it back to amazon as defective. Can anyone help me with this? I have never heard of eufy but have heard of anker so why not. Thanks in advance.
