2x 11s not charging

I have 2 11s vacs that are no longer charging. I’ve put in new batteries, cleaned contacts and no dice. They look they’re charging with the orange light “breathing” but never charge. the one will vacuum for like 2 minutes and then it dies and returns to base. If I manually start the other it immediately gives 4 beeps/flashing red.
Any ideas?

Seems like it’s a hardware issue. Are they still under warranty?

Well that’s totally up to you, if it’s totally past warranty period and you are not afraid to thinker with it then go ahead :+1:

If there is something wrong with the hardware its really difficult to find.

I would open it and check the plugs and sockets. (unplug and plug)
There are many videos showing how to do that.

It will not get worse as it is now. :wink:
