2020 Resolutions

Hello guys, hope everyone is having a good day!
I know I’m a bit late but I was nust wondering what are the new year resolutions from my fellow forum members :upside_down_face:

Mine is to start going to the gym more regularly. I’ve been going since a year ago but haven’t been consistent. So starting this year, I’ll start going more often. No more exicses for me.
Another resolution is to start making reviews, I have a few Anker products (mostly cables) but I’ve been lazy about it, and the time has come for me to dip my toes and start reviewing Anker items.

What are yours?

We decided to take much more vacations.
I know you all might be jealous.

But what else can you do as retired.
We have a saying here:

“Zu Hause sterben die Leute”
“At home people die”

Why should we…hehehe!

Hey @ikari04warrior
Great New Years resolutions :+1:t2:
For me It’s gotta be a little exercise and eating more healthily, not doing it obsessively, just making small changes.
I didn’t exercise for half of last year due to operation and recovery time, and when I don’t exercise I find I eat worse

Only light exercise for my ageing bones.
Enough to make a difference but not enough to break me

@Chiquinho Vacations are always good. Don’t forget to share pics with us

@paulstevenewing eating healthy is tough for me, I love junk food. But just like you said, it doesn’t have to be obsessively, just small changes :+1:

Same here, I also like large portions and “go large”

I think unless you have medical problems there’s no need to go crazy and cut out everything you like.
Some of the guys at work have tried stopping bad food and alcohol and doing exercise at once but have always failed.

Smaller fries or drink or even diet drink when eating out, maybe even skip a starter or desert. Slightly smaller portions when cooking at home can all make a big difference, but over time.
We don’t put on weight overnight so we can’t expect to lose it and get healthy overnight.

Beautifully said!
It’s a process and we can’t expect results literally the next day. I’ma start my journey to a healthy lifestyle this year, and at the end of the year I’ll post an update. Hopefully you do the same bro

I’ve been doing Keto since Jan 7th 2019. So my resolution is to continue on my path to bettering myself for my family and my daughter.

There is a thing called “Lazy Keto” or “Dirty Keto”…Think Diet Coke, Cheese and Bacon… :bacon:

So one of my resolutions is try to limit that and focus more on “Clean Keto” :joy:

Pretty good resolution. I’m sure there are a bunch of tutorials on YouTube. I know it takes time and effort but you can do it :+1:
