13-1 Powerexpand USB C Dock Not working - HP Zbook

Using with HP Zbook & dual HDMI monitors. Worked out of the Box, then after 2 days only one monitor worked then neither and it stopped charging my laptop. Tried everything I could find online but nothing has worked thus far, have I bought the wrong dock for my application?

PS I tried to contact ANKER support but have not heard anything back?

I ended up reinstalling windows and it worked again breifly

It doesn’t really work at all, it will connect to only one monitor, and that flashes on and off every 10 seconds or so.
