The drop sensor alarm keeps going off. As a result the robovac won’t work. I have cleaned, reset it and removed the battery. No luck. I have mail EufyHome for help no answer. Can anybody help?

They should contact you on monday due to the weekend
When did you contact them? I’ve had to work with support for my Eufy Products in the past and they responded within 24 to 48 hours each time I replied back to them.
They don’t normally work weekends and their stated hours are * Mon-Fri 6:15AM-5PM (PT). They also have live chat from Mon-Fri 9AM-5PM (PT) (US). Most companies are running limited support staff and backed up several days. You might give the chat support a try on Monday and see if they help you any faster.
Thanks I mailed them in the 29th of November and the 1st of December. No luck
But I will give the live chat a go thanks for the advice.
