Black pudding is technically a northern English "thing". But it is more commonly served in Scotland - because it is absolutely fantastic
Full Scottish breakfast is different to a full English breakfast.
Scottish: (not my photo)
In picture: Eggs, Sausage, Tomatoes, bacon, mushroom, haggis, black pudding, square sausage (also called lorne or steak slice) and Potato Scone/Tattie scone. Also can be served with fruit pudding, beans etc. Not normally served with whatever that random green stuff is on the plate...
English breakfast normally does not have square sausage, black pudding, haggis or fruit pudding. But instead will have hash browns.
