I want to add another ABSOLUTELY HUGE THANK YOU to #Anker and their support staff. I’m including Soundcore and the rest in this. I recently had the USB-C port on my 10000 PD die on me after a year or so of use. I bought the 10000 PD right when it came out, I had just received my USB-C to Lightning cable like a week before so I could finally have an on-the-go charger that could keep up with my needs. Anyway, it took 2 emails and literally 2 days and I had a brand new 10000 PD at my front door! It was so fast that when the package came I originally ignored it because I didn’t think it was for me, lol. I also had another situation which I posted about, the company selling Anker merch and not upholding the warranties, and I can’t say how, but they came through for me again in a HUGE way. Every interaction I have with this company just makes me like them more. Oh, and @AnkerOfficial, can I have another T-Shirt from the design contest? I don’t know where to purchase them online. lol Thanks
