Windows Anker 8-in-1 USB 3.0 Portable Card Reader unable to read

Anker 8-in-1 USB 3.0 Portable Card Reader (AR200) unable to read after windows update.
I have a microSD card and I’ve tried two Anker 8-in-1 USB 3.0 Portable Card Reader and Window says it’s unreadable.
I placed the same microSD card in an older USB 2.0 no name card reader and it works fine.
Has something changed in windows update that could prevent reading cards anymore?
