That is true, @professor.

Interestingly, I have not been receiving any promo emails from Anker for quite some time now. This happened once before and I had to contact support to be manually put back on the mailing list. I am not unsubscribed or anything and I have entered my email multiple times.

I’ve checked with our email dept. It seems like each of you has a different reason why you didn’t receive any code from us.
So for @Insider @Shenoy, it’s the same old issue for you like last birthday code event. It shows emails sent but got bounced back. I’m sure you have subscribed us properly as we have double checked it before already. I’ll keep you up to date once I figure it out with our email dept.
@Imo_Iri, it shows email sent to you successfully and no error recorded on our side, so please check your trash and spam box for the email.
@TechMan, We didn’t find your email on the participant list, so I guess you didn’t enter the event successfully this time.
And @tylerjac98, please subscribe Anker email for Anker codes/news and more. Subscribing to sister brands doesn’t register you to the Anker email system as each brand has its own email system. You will need to manually subscribe us through anker.com in order to receive emails from Anker. :relaxed:

@AnkerOfficial You were right I did get the email. For some reason it’s not in my inbox but rather in my important section which I never check because I didn’t even know I had one :man_facepalming:. On top of that, by default in order to get to the important folder you have to click more which I almost never do since I usually just check my inbox.
