I got one like that stating 3.4 kgs. Mine has been “shipping label created” for over a week. Doubting anything is shipping at this point lol.

I was extremely bored. The weight of all the things in the full kit would only be like 1.5-2kgs. Is yours shipping from China?
Yea, but like I said, think nothing is coming. After a week of sitting with a processed label and no movement I have doubts it is going to ship. When I did the math, I came in around what you saw, but I would think it takes up a lot of space so probably falls into a box that is equivalent to 3.4kgs.

My package that arrived today was the q35s. No signature required. Yours is probably higher dollar than that I guess.
The q35s sat for five days before clearing customs, and then came the rest of the way in two. Wouldn’t be surprised if you have a similar issue. There are always random delays when packages come direct from China.

I have to say more and more I am disappointed in Anker, they ran two contest and used the winners list for both. Then sent us a message saying we won the Anker Work From Home Pro Kit, only to send us a measly cable. I’m grateful none the less, but severely disappointed

There are so many other important things we have to care about! 
I can only speak for myself here, obviously. I find this to be a more easily digestible/inconsequential thing to care about in 2021.
All about communication, and the request that it happen more clearly. A little disappointment is a minor thing, but sometimes it helps to have it acknowledged.

I think that is the major hangup everyone is having. I get the fact of the wording being off, and I never fault them because in every single T&C of every official contest shows, “Anker reserves the right to modify, cancel, etc etc” and it is their right. That holds the same with these types of giveaways, where the wording is just that. No official statement, nothing, because frankly there doesn’t need to be.
That being said, mistakes happen. I understand that as well as the next person, but making some type of acknowledgement is usually a little easier to do than to have multiple people show their displeasure with it. I am always grateful with anything and I will be the first person to tell you everything I love about each of the brands and how they have made my life a lot more convenient, but even this left a bad taste in my mouth.

I’m still confused. So they posted the same list of winners on both threads, then how do we know which contest we won if we participated in both ? Maybe I missed something here sorry
