4 years that must be a record these days! I too have an iPhone 5(s)
What phone are you using?
Current everyday phone: Samsung Galaxy S7 and a Z970 (just for podcasts)
Still have in use as house cams: Alcatel (something) and an LG Leon LTE.
If I hadn’t just started paying on the S7, I would have considered the Note 7 now glad I didn’t. It can wait .
iPhone 6s Plus
iPhone 6s for just under a year. Used to be Sony’s but had two warranty replacements in under a month. Also rocking Anker’s slimshell and glass protector
Samsung Galaxy Note 4
iPhone 6s Rose Gold.
Loving Anker Products so much.
Nexus 6P - I’ve had worse phones, but this thing, paired with Project Fi, have caused me quite a few headaches. I suppose any developer/beta products are meant to come with their own struggles, but I’ve been tempted to check out the iPhone 7 a few times in the last week.
Just curious as to what type of issues you are having with Project Fi? One of my friends is considering it, so I want to be sure to warn them first!
It ranges in annoyance and I believe is a combination of the phone/Android OS and Project Fi’s integration
Things like:
- Dropping signal every time I leave my office and taking 5 minutes before I have data again.
- When I upgraded to Nougat (7.0) every time I placed a call it would process for approximately 30 seconds “logging me in” before it could place a call.
- Almost every time I am on a call for more than 10 minutes, either my audio drops for them (they can not hear me) or the call drops completely.
- When answering a call on WiFi sometimes the call will pickup and then drop immediately.
Samsung Galaxy Note 5.
Still using my OnePlus One. Glad to see some OnePlus users in here.
Nexus 5x, about 5 months.
Previously: samsung galaxy S2 skyrocket for about 3 years, changed batteries 3 times, last one was an Anker, I had it for more than one year and still working (my dad has the phone now)
I agree on the screen size, anything <5in screen fits ok on your pocket.
iPhone 7 plus. I love it
Samsung Galaxy S6 and S7 Edge
OnePlus One. Been an early supporter for the company since their infancy. It’s been a great phone and still shows no signs of needing an upgrade…well besides a diminishing battery life because of it going for over 2 years now! That’s why we have Anker battery packs am I right lol??
Same here. Using OnePlus One with Anker power bank.
S6 with Anker 6 ft nylon charging cable and qi charging pad
iPhone 6Plus
Just get a iPhone 7 or other flagship ($650 max) on a device plan, buy a $5 flip phone, and trade it into T-Mobile and have them pay off the iPhone. They will force you to get another phone, just get the cheapest flip phone and swap out the sim cards. BAM! Free phone and you can cancel the service after a month after getting that month paid for through the T-Mobile stock you get. Go for the $50 simple choice plan since stock is valued at around $50 right now. There you go, new iPhone 7 for free.
