I am in day 30 of a broken arm, the bone is healed, I can put weight on it, but all the connective tissue is still grumbling, I am able to walk now for about 5 hours before arm aches so I am walking and listening and watching stuff on my 8.4" phone, carrying my Powercore 10000 PD and using my Soundcore Slim buds.
The coffee shops and similar are all now open in the UK so it’s quite pleasant actually. Sit down miles from home with a coffee and snack, is a simple pleasure we took for granted last months.
Still don’t feel I can ride a bike, a pothole / wobble I probably can’t handle safely. Once I get to biking then I’m signifcantly off-grid again and you’ll miss me.

Always be careful with the physical burden of the arm.
Exercise is a must, but too much is dangerous.
The older you get the slower is healing. 
I would not ride a bike because of the vibrations and the bumps .

I would lay off the biking for now, more so if you fell and landed on your arm wrong.
Had an incident myself recently earlier this year when a dog ran out in front of me, it’s only that I had the presence of mind to run it over (sorry dog lovers) that I just managed to stay on my bike.
It was the first time I got air on my bike since I was a kid

I loved biking years ago, even in the city.
There are many separate cycle paths in München .
BUT its getting more worse and dangerous now.
Nobody cares about rules.
Overtaking left, overtaking right.
No signals when doing so.
They got no bike bells, no light when biking in the night.
Many bikers driving on the wrong side of the path.
Car drivers the same, they dont care about bikers at all.
Making turns without looking back.
Not so safe as it was.
But its true, I am getting old; watching out much more.

I think people are less tolerant of each other.
Always in a rush and not giving a thought to others - unfortunately that can be said for most things not just cycling!

Well I was trying to brush up my electronics but I got curious how inductors worked exactly, so I’m detoured currently into electromagnetism course, I’m up to this so far.
I recommend this, it’s fun and very easy to take in, the teacher makes it fun. Good for children probably, but they’d not understand calculus.
