Suppose it was never cleaned with high pressure cleaner before.
When I moved a garden table where the birdâs house is located the table top
got broken. ( totally rotten) -> next project.
I found a fitting one in my store in the basement.
Many things there, may be too many.!

The back terrace only is ca 40sqm.
But there is more in front of house :
entrance of the house, garage and carport and left and right side of the house.
Think it was never cleaned this way.
We bought the house used in 2000.
It was built in 1980.
Now 40 years old , but very good quality (red bricks) and triple glazed windows.
The preowner installed those windows because the old airport âMĂźnchen Riemâ was nearby. (NOISE).
It was moved in 1992 to Erding.

I wanted to replace with AstroTurf/fake grass but she said no, so she does the mowing 
We solve problems really easily in our house.

I was talking as if she was the mower, as in piece of machinery. Indeed, grammar not perfect, very rarely is.
She was next to me as I typed and read before I sent.
There is no holds barred when it comes to our dry sense of humour. We both ruin each other at any opportunity, been like that for 22 ish years. She always has the last laugh.
Why not back to such beautiful tools?
