Happend here in the very past sometimes too.

You can have baked fresh fish, leek, backed potatoes a glass of excellent
redwine and a banana cake for desert with us in the evening

Also the local council doesn’t allow this to go legally to the tip so they indirectly cause illegal tipping.
I biked a long distance, lunch nowhere near an ugly scene.

Travelling will be nearly impossible in the future.
Eg.
We needed a PCR test to get to Madeira.
This was free from Bavarian government,
because we didnt tell we needed for travelling,
(But it is possible to make such one without costs here at the airport when entering the island)
After vacation when travelling home passengers need a PCR test again to get on the aircraft.
A new rule, by the way there are such “new rules” really daily
Without such a negative test -> no transport.
This was not free of course.
It is done by different labs (hospitals) here and they got different fees.
Super business for them here, the cheapest one was 95 Euros.
