Weekend activities! (old thread reanimated)

That looks yummy… we have something similar available here… apple pie moonshine… I haven’t tried yet.

I plan to tackle a rather large bottle of porter… cap isn’t replaceable… :flushed:

Merry Christmas to you as well

You talking about the moonshine? It’s good and strong :+1:

Yes I am talking about the moonshine.
Wasn’t “moonshine” called some self made stuff in the times of prohibition?
And those who “brewed” it were called moonshiners?

Enjoy. Falling down is part of life. I’d biked 350K miles between leg breaks, the odd accident is inevitable and it’s how we get stronger.

Thats how i started teaching him to ride a bike @professor
I told Charlie “focus on whats around you and dont think about falling, you will fall and you won’t be expecting it, but if you’re always aware of whats around you it will help you be safer when you fall”
So after he got over the realisation that at some point he will fall, he was like a fish in water and been happily cycling amd falling since

What about mudguards (back wheel) ?. Simple plastic ones!

That reminds me Franz, i need to get him and myself some! :+1:t2:
I remember aluminum full mudguards on my bike as a kid, the fill guards are great, protect you and the bike.
Unlike the plastic half mudguards that are available now.

Will keep all you happy.
Less laundry!

Yes, i think Charlie had more mud on the back of his jacket than there was on the ground :grimacing:
But you can’t stop kids getting dirty, all part of the fun.

Today “old Willy” was getting a rowdy, really rioting!

He knocked over our humble Christmas decoration!
The candle holders and the candles.

Because I know that old rascal,
I put barriers to keep him away from this area,
but the sly fox got there by crawling under the drawer.

I was interrogating him severely,
but he doesn’t say anything why he did that! :joy::joy:
