We are fine here over the pond. 
My wife made a “Goulasch” today
Its more known in Hungary and Austria.
But as I am 1/2 Austrian my mother (RIP) was born in Vienna, so she made a lot of
those bohemian things. (You know all from KuK)
So we are really open to everything ( young we are 
)
Familiar with such a lot of recipes from all over Europe.
Which is so fantastic.
Different people, different behavior no more enmity all over here,
Peace since more about 80 years.
We learn from each other so much!
BUT knowing other languages is more than helpful in Europe.
Its quite a must.
I speak German, understand French a little, quite good in Portuguese (so Spanish and Italian is possible (roman languages) and as you all know my English could be much better)
By the way if preparing a “Goulasch” You can call it Pörkölt as well) 
Take the beef’s calf.
Next will be something vegetarian made by our our daughter ( semester vacations )

I honestly don’t know, I’m definitely not a fisherman haha! I don’t have enough patience. I’m surprised the kids even caught anything this time since my son just kept casting in and out. Ended up 4 for him & 2 for her. These were the bigger ones of all of them.

It’s been a 4 day “weekend” for me but I spent the day cutting the grass and doing chores around the hohse. Sucks I gotta go back to work tomorrow
