you all are doing some great walks (7 miles) and bike rides (11 miles)… Hopefully once the smoke here settles down, plan to go for walks with family.

We had fish (Dourade) , green beans, baked potatoes and a kind of Tzaziki.
Was absolutely perfect, but we do deeply hope to have acorean fish next summer.
This Tzaziki is really great with fish, beans and potatoes.
You should give that a try.
Tomorrow I have to prepare some Guacamole.
Fits perfect with white bread.

Ja, Paul, you can dip anything with/in it, same as Guacamole.
Meanwhile we are often creating such special dips.

I would say its the same age > 10 years the same is my IPAD.
A sturdy heavy thing. GREAT!
In those times APPLE made so great hardware.
Don’t know if its the same quality in our days.
My daughter owns a brand new IPAD.
