The one major negative feedback of the Q30 which was bad microphone quality has just recently been fixed in a firmware upgrade. We were not sure if the microphone quality was fixable (hardware unfixable, software fixable) but we now know its software and is fixed.

So these are much more of a strong recommendation at this price. This price was the early-bird discount price where some took some risk of product unseen / not yet reviewed.
