Mine was different. It came up as my email address before the @gmail portion. Had to update that, profile info, theme and name/username.
The Soundcore Collective Has Arrived!
Yeah there are two accounts - one for anker.com (where you make orders and returns) and one for the community. It appears the new soundcore community pulls from the anker.com account.
Also, @AnkerOfficial - the link in the menu at soundcore.com does still lead here (to the anker community):

I just went to the new community, but with how busy I am I donât know if I have time for two communities. I might just stay on the Anker community.
I can confirm that we will only have a new sub-brand community in this year.
The Soundcore community will mainly focus on music group, and itâs aim to cultivate some music enthusiast. The community will be operated by Soundcore team independently. We can give advice to them instead of making a decision for them.

That is a good question, Iâm not sure if multiple communities is a good idea, I barely have time for one and sometimes I donât have that. I donât think most people will use multiple communities under one brand regularly, I just donât really understand why Anker is doing this.

Ok then, thanks for the info. It still doesnât make sense though, if Soundcore needed more acknowledgment couldnât the Anker community have been modified for that while keeping everything in one place?

Soundcore and Anker can have the communities⌠to some extent Eufy or Roav as well⌠But for Nebula it will be a tough sell, the products are so expensive, how will the giveaway work for the community
This is pretty sweet. I already have a diverse collection of soundcore products at home, in my office, and in my car!
So, now I need to ask all earbud related questions in Soundcore community and not in Ankerâs. It is more time consuming for me to maintain 2 separate community account for Anker.

Indeed. I myself am always working on something, even now I am preparing to trim horse hooves, so I donât always have the time for even the Anker community.
Would like to have a horse here in the city.
