Hi
New to this forum. I have 2 pairs of Anker Soundcore Liberty Air earphones. Both pairs only work on one side, one the left and one the right. Is there a way of resetting the two working ones to make a working pair out of the two pairs? Look forward to hearing back from you guys out htere
Thank you
Sunny
Swapping earphones from 2 different boxes
Hello Sunny! Welcome to the community!
Sadly, I don’t think there is a way to pair all four together the way you want to.
However, if you’re phone supports dual audio (the latest Samsung phones, and some other models) you can pair both sets of liberty air to your phone at the same time!
Thanks for the reply. I am not after pairing all four, I am after pairing just the two that work, one from each box
Thanks
Oh okay.
Let’s break this down a little, so I can ask another question.
Let’s call them pair 1, and pair 2. So you have four earbuds.
- 1 right
- 1 left
- 2 right
- 2 left
Which ones are working, and which aren’t working?
Pair no 1 the right working
Pair no 2 the left working
I want to be able to discard the ones that do not work and use the two that work together
Thanks
Thats really strange.
Before you try to repair them like this, I would try to reset them to see if they still work, because I bet they do. You can learn how to do that here. Try it on both sets, if it doesn’t work, then let me know, and I’ll see if we can try to do what you’re wanting to
That’s brilliant, thank you, I will try that and let you know the result as soon as I can
Thanks
if its not out of warranty why not just contact support for an rma? get 2 instead of salvaging the working ones.
