Ah! I just figured it was a preference in the spelling. LOL! Now I feel a bit less intelligent. :blush: Thanks for the clarification. I think some opossums are pretty adorable, but not compared to the possum. I was thinking it was a bush baby or something.

My chickens escaped from their coop this week, because it was finally warm enough for them to want to come out, and the snow had melted just enough for them to have a pathway under the eaves of the house. It was nice to come home to them clucking at me after having barely seen them all winter. They usually just hide out in their coop and wait for the snow to melt.

My brother and his new wife just had their first baby a couple of weeks ago. I’m now an Uncle. My wife and I starting Thursday morning we take some about 6 days of vacation to see our new nephew and visit family at our family farm in Mississippi.

May be our hedgehog will show up as well soon.
I haven’t seen him since autumn.
Hope he has survived the severe winter.
But we fed him a lot.
Unfortunately its not possible to keep chickens in the middle of town.
I would like to have a rooster to wake me up in the morning.
But neighbours…:confused:

I heard about this. That really warmed my heart. If only we can be more animals, when it comes to acceptance and love. Watching videos and reading articles of animals, always makes me happy. Rather it be…them being rescued, goofing around, or just being adorable.
