I recently after months of life being a nuisance had the in and out issue… You MUST wait for the light to go white, AND CERTAINLY FORGET the connection before doing a reset, give it time to go into pairing mode, don’t rush greatness, and yes works and I’ve had these and bought a different pair of Dot I think and these are more comfortable than the dots
