Sound Core has become tinny or thin sounding

I have used my Anker Sound Core for a while. Love it. Lately the sound has become very tinny or thin. I am trying to trouble shoot BlueTooth or the speaker. Has anyone had this problem? I stream mostly from Windows 10. Thanks.

Windows 10 has a ton of issues with BT connections… Please check to see if you can upgrade the BT drivers on your machine

Also what is the actual Soundcore devices model and How does the sound work with other smartphones?

First, what speaker are we talking about? @Jonathan_Konrad try connecting it to another source. If it has a direct 3.5mm audio connection then use that and bypass bluetooth…
