I had to go two times already to pull out my daughters baby teeth as they wouldn’t fall and the permanent teeth are coming out

What model is Willy?
Old Willy is an old modell 11S.
Think it was one of the first models here in Germany.
Still working fine, battery is still 2/3 of capacity.
Same with me but I am much better -> 95%
