I’ve put the 2.4GHz router information in the app, but I don’t get beyond the connect a device, and I’m finding it impossible to get to the wifi to reset. I was wondering if I could do a factory reset to wipe all internal settings in case that is the issue, but not finding any way to do that reset.

please long-press the Auto cleaning on/off button for 10 seconds to reset RoboVac.
After hearing one beep and seeing the Wi-Fi status light start to flash, follow the instructions in the EufyHome app set up the Wi-Fi connection.
Next option you can try is remove battery and plug it back -since this is new - please contact Eufy support support@eufylife.com
