Quick Review - Eufy Security 2K Video Doorbell

Eufy refuse to solve a technical issue with the Eufy Security App but instead they tends to solve it by throwing a peanut of 15% off next product which is not a customer looking to…I buy your products and they hope to use normally, even you give me another 15% off for next order to solve the issue, do you think I am still confidence to get into further trouble for myself? The lost from the last 2 Eufy Products is more than 15% ok?

This is truly disappointing of using their Indoor Cam C220 and DoorBell S220.

Instead of genuinely addressing the issue, Eufy is merely throwing peanuts at the problem, hoping it goes away.

To be honest, this issue never existed in the past year of usage—it only surfaced in the last few weeks. Other manufacturers don’t seem to face this problem, proving that a real solution is possible.

Yet, Eufy chooses to cut corners, opting for the cheapest, least effective fix rather than properly resolving the technical issue.
