And you probably wont. I really doubt they had issues related to your device and lean more toward some kind of “operator error”. The whole video, while well made and informative, just had too many holes in its logic and misleads consumers into believing something that doesnt make sense. Its a shame.
Problems with Atom PD frying devices?
May be he accidentally fried his phone some other way and found a way to get a second charger 
@AnkerTechnical I know how thorough you are with testing, which is why the review surprised me a lot. Anker has spent a lot of time and effort to develop a strong reputation as a safe charging company with great service. Your responsiveness to the customer is great, and it is really suspicious he did not reply to you. It’s also suspicious that he got another pixel - usually a company won’t replace a phone like that if you used a bad charger and ruined it.
Really, he should take down the review if he found that this was caused by some other problem.
