I just got Anker Powerconf yesterday and the first thing I tested was using cable connection to laptop and connect my phone via Bluetooth. the sound worked very well from phone and from the laptop. not both at the same time but they work as expected. then when I unplugged my laptop to take a conference call from my phone and then when I plugged back the cable I lost the option that both devices are connected. every time I have to use the Bluetooth I need to unplug the cable. not sure why it worked but now itâs not. any idea what to do?

Looks like one has priority so you have to connect in sequence to override?
The successor is probably the solution as it then makes everything bluetooth.
