I think it needs a miracle to reach 150 people to participate in the poll by the dead line

That is a lot of batteries

I don’t want them enough to burn PBs.

C) most modern and compact.

B for me!
I’m loving the reputation these Anker Power Cores have.

You own one? They are pretty good :+1:

Does anyone know if there is an update about rechargable batteries from Anker?

Rechargeable AA you mean? Nothing specific from Anker, just speculations.

And AAA, I remember the thread about rechargable batteries from Anker and I use Enloope and the case is ok but the way the batteries are stored could have been better. I know that Anker has some official cases for their powerbanks, but finding the right case for a model can be challenge ie upgraded version via mAh ect

I use B for jacket pockets as the wider edge causes less digging and flat fits better. But they don’t need, nor want, to be large, so with current range that means a 10Ah slab, Powercore 10000 PD.

But in physically stressful situations (backpacks) I use C as it’s nearer to a cylindrical shape which is the strongest. If I need more than 10Ah then it’s carry two 10Ah.

Sheer force is lower in a narrower object and the narrowest object for any given volume is a sphere followed by a cylinder. The worst is a wide rectangular.

Basically B will get battered and crack earlier than C. But I’ve never had an Anker powercore fail on me ever (even my 5 year old ones work) so this is physics not anecdote.

B is totally my favorite. Everything else looks old fashioned and not useful.

Hello.
No not yet, I’ve had a couple from Ravpower in the past and a guy at work pointed me to Anker. Never heard of them before but I see they have a big following.
Looking to get a 10 or 20k usbc soon.

Hey @SteveSmith
I have an a Essential 20000 PD. I don’t get loads of use from it but can’t rate it highly enough.
Just make sure you have a good USBC charger to top it up - ideally 18w and upwards.
