I think Anker / Nebula Support can fix this with a supported version on Aptoide, plex latest version has removed all the plug in options but the one on Aptoide has plex which has all option. They can do the same for Disney+.

I use the screencasting for Disney+ so not much worried or impacted.

Also there is a new firmware available - did you try upgrading the firmware and test?

I am currently on firmware version M1_GMS_1.0.1095 and there is a firmware upgrade showing for version 1098.

Yesterday i would like to look Disney +
but the appz will not be open.
I delete the version and i search a new version on the Nebula store,
but that is not available ?

Another people have the same problem ?

The Disney + latest update isn’t compatible with our version of Android that is running on the Capsule max.

I will check this on Nebula Capsule today. Disney+ works perfectly on Nebula Astro.

Sounds like Nebula needs to have an Android version upgrade?

Disney+ won’t work on prior versions, you have to have the updated version to even sign in

If you already have disney+ installed when you go to use the app it says it needs to be updated. When you try to update it it will tell you that its no longer compatible with your version of android

I do not have the Nebula but have several devices (2-3 roku, chromecast, and smart TV to name a few) . I think I enjoy the cast option the best but do like that you can download some app to play from it.

With that said, I hate as my device slowly becomes incompatible with apps due to age.
So has the Nebula ever got a version update from say gingerbread to honeycomb as an example or is it the Same android version

There you have the argument that Nebula should focus on:

  • pocket size
  • bright
  • battery life

And just have:

  • hdmi port

And you get your software from the dongle you plug in. Chromecast dongle, etc.

Then the Nebula product is simpler and less support issues.
