Lost ya iphone, or had it stolen?

Find My iPhone is a great feature! I also frequently use the “ping” feature from my Apple Watch that forces the iPhone to play a sound so I can find what room of the house I left the phone in.

Actually, I’ve helped a few co-workers use this feature when they’ve lost their phone. They had no idea they could track their phone!

I too have helped people over the years.

I remember not that long ago, showing a friend how to change their ringtone.

I have voice tones for my emails. One says… You have a new Gmail (that’s my main accounts
You have a new email (that’s the second account)
A.new message (is my junk email and entering s***, that I know I’ll get loads of crap from).

The look I get when it says, Gmail, is brilliant. They think I have a special phone, as they haven’t got that announcement!

Never lost a phone. (Thankfully)

But I once smashed this beaut. As I sat in the car, it slipped out of my trouser pocket and in slow mo fell down in between the car and the door just as I was slamming the door shut. I horror I couldn’t stop the momentum and my phone took the full brunt. I was sooooooooooo gutted haha

You actually managed to destroy a Nokia

Fair play mate

thanks for sharing already knew about this but its good for everyone to know

Rob, now that I’m back can you please explain what the jab was about? I clearly stated that I’ve used find my iPhone for years. I haven’t owned an android in many years, and didn’t know about phone tracking then. I’m a tad confused…
