I have the same issue, the connection is 1 at a time and you cannot do it together , frustrating !!!

This worked, thank you so much. Reinstalling the app and resetting my phoneā€™s bluetooth settings didnā€™t do anything, but the full reset of the earphones did. Thanks again

Same problem. Definitely will be avoiding Anker products in the future.

In my case hard reset didā€™nt work. I tried many times and paired with few diferent devices. I found, that the solution is charging while pairing. My earbuds case was fully charged when I met problem, but it seems to battery had not enough power to pair properly. Connection to charger causes higher or stable voltage and voila :-).
