Well my understanding is noise canceling is sampling the noise and making the exact same sound a half wavelength off to cancel and as such you need to make a complex speaker which is very light to cancel out the most frequencies - usually easier to do with lower frequencies.

So imaging if Anker speakers could operate in speaker or “anti speaker” mode and so you can buy lots of them and place around a room and it cancels out the outside noise. Then not sound cancelling headphones but a sound cancelling speaker cluster.

Then I could cancel out my Dad’s “singing” (when doing the dishes)

Possible?

Ha! I imagine my kids would want to cancel me out sometimes too.

I was thinking more along the lines of headphone, @nigelhealy was talking about earlier. a Bose QC competitor that doesn’t cost me my child’s college education. :fearful:

We have 1 more, then were done :triumph:

yes, like jbl, beats, basically most audio manufacturures for their BT speakers.

Don’t toy with our emotions, Schmukler. We know what you’re up to.

What if we could cancel out specific human voices. Bliss.
