Just got emailed asking to apply to become a Brand Ambassador for Reddit
Introducing a Reddit Community
Congrats @elmo41683
Well considering I just created my account, I doubt I’ll get selected. Others have a more established reddit account
Let us know what happens to the “Ambassador”
Following on Reddit now
I love Reddit; there’s a subreddit for everything! I’m glad to see an official Anker subreddit now!
i’m not a big reddit user but I’ll check it out! is there anything different types of reactions to things Anker is expecting on reddit? or just more quantity?
So I’m on there, if ya want to see me there my handle is TankTak83
I’ll let yall know how the brand ambassador goes if I get selected for it
Me too. My Reddit name is a little racy thou, I’d start a new Reddit if I am selected.
woot another place to follow Anker and hopefully it would build a bigger community without taking away from this forum. Although I can see how the redidt can get bigger since it’s one account and you can follow a lot more then just Anker.
SWEET! YES PLEASE
how? what did you have to do?
I didn’t do anything, I assume it’s because I’m a star contributor on here that they asked me to do that. Honestly I dont know
how long have you been on here and what do you do other than chat here to gain so many points? That’s my problem, I love discussing Anker related things, but knowing that the Power Draw is there really makes me want to rack up points but in a way that is beneficial to everyone.
I been here since I dont exactly remember, but I became really active last year. Your limited to how many points you can earn a day, so keep that in mind when posting…but as long as you provide valuable insight and are generally helpful all around, then you will tend not to worry about the points you get and focus more on the content of your post.
ok that;s helpful. At first this Forum was difficult for me to navigate, so I guess I was looking at it from a different perspective, but your right, this community IS more important than trying to win free stuff. Thanks again
I use Reddit and will follow
I think it’s a great idea. I know not everyone uses Reddit but for those that do this is great. Thanks!
Was just looking, is it possible to capitalize the A in Anker? The reddit is r/anker
I have been on the Internet since before it had that name, about 1993, it was called Usenet and other names then.
I run now forums bigger than this too.
My concern is always the quality of the contribution.
My advice to Anker is to not lower quality by not having too many places for people to share point of views, it produces a fragmentation where the small quantity of low-value opinionated share that repeatedly in the many places.
I suggest that we keep here, as I type, and not spread too wide. I have seen many here in Facebook and Twitter, and now adding Reddit, but those tend to be repetitions or “Anker is great!” posts.
So if Anker wants to moves to Reddit, fine, close this community.
