Hey everyone, new user here. I just got hooked up and noticed something odd - the eufy app shows a MAC address for the HomeBase 2 that’s different than what’s registering on my network. Anyone else seen that? Can you make any sense of it?

How are you connecting it to your network, WIFI or Wired? Each would have a different MAC address, so that’s where you might be seeing the difference.

I don’t own but that sounds like it’s a router not a hub. Router connects to it’s WAN externalport to network but to itself it shows its internal LAN mac. Router makes sense for this application.
A hub presents all LAN mac to the network, a router just presents itself to the network.
Good call - I logged into my modem/router and saw that the MAC matches the ethernet address, not the wifi address. Thank you!!
