Headaches

What smartphone do you use, if you use the iPhone with IOS 13 there is some good news.

IOS 13 has added a feature to help you monitor the noise around you to see if you’re being exposed to dangerous sound levels, or even if you’re simply talking too loud, and to help address a much more common source of hearing damage which is your headphones

In addition to collecting noise data from your Apple Watch, a new “Hearing” section inside the iPhone’s Health app also monitors your headphone audio levels, letting you know if you’re listening to music at unsafe volumes, and this feature is available for any set of headphones

Try to see these levels on your phone for the your usage and check if there is something unusual, may be this is causing the headaches

Never had headaches as such myself but did suffer from ear discomfort (which could end up as a headache I guess) when I first started to use true wireless earbuds…think it was due to the buds being mainly supported by the ear canal, putting it under some weight pressure…

Glad to here on your last update that the headache had subsided…

Thanks for the information, I’ll try using this. But just how does this work? For me there is only 1 bit of data where the noise was 55 dB for like 10 seconds. There’s no other data. Do i have to activate something?

I think I found something important. There’s a lot of hissing coming from my phone speaker when I don’t even have earbuds plugged in/connected to my phone. Maybe the speakers in my phone are just broken and are sending this hissing noise to my earbuds?

I have an iPhone SE

Edit: I was able to fix the hissing noise on my phone, but this didn’t fix the hissing noise when using my earbuds. I think I will contact support about this maybe?

I call them hook but they are called ear wings

The liberty air 2 don’t have hooks or ear wings

As @TechMan said the liberty air 2 does not have earhooks or earwings…maybe take a picture and post the earbuds you have so we are better able to assist you

Today I’ll be using them again. I did notice that the hissing sound on my phone is back. I’ll also test with a different phone to see if there’s any difference.

I wasn’t able to use them a lot but i did try them on my pc. The same hissing noise is present so my phone can’t be the reason for the hissing. I used them for like 10-15 min and no headache, just was annoyed by he hissing noise.

I don’t have those

Post pictures then. Those are what you said you have

i don’t need to you show
