I have the same screen as yours (in 2021, just got 2 indoor with pan and tilt cameras 2K with facial recognition, which also shows as a listed feature in the app like yours, with the face icon) but I don’t have the arrow, since I don’t have a base, and clicking on the camera does nothing, so I can’t seem to find a way to set up / recognize faces either. It just recognizes me as “human” without the choice to add myself from the history too.

Did anybody figure out a way to make this work?
