Didn’t try removing the battery yet but have reset via dedicated button. I’ve had the L70 for two weeks and it’s only been used for vacuuming. No problems if I clean by zones (c. 15sqm which takes c. 15minutes) with short recharge in between but if I leave it for longer than a 20 minute clean it seems that it cannot cope! The total floor space is ~50sqm and is all tiled with exception of a 3sqm rug. Using normal suction power with boost for the rug, but issue occurs if it’s been cleaning the rug or not.
If its a new item you should contact the EUFY support,.
Don’t forget to add model-number and date of purchase, bill etc.
