It’s good to keep your options open.
I have heard there are whiskies for about 1000 pound a bottle and even more.
Ohoh! Who does drink those?
Or are they kept like a treasure and never got opened, like wine.
Wine will get spoiled, but not whisky of course.
Good thing, that my beer here never gets spoiled! 
This was recent mind you, but a rare bottle of [The Macallan 1926 60-year-old single malt from cask number 263 sold for a world record £1.45m at auction in London .

20 1/2 Liter of my beer is about 14 Euros.
No problem to drink those instead of such a bottle of Whisky
