I see two sides there also, many here post here and there to earn prize chances twice. Some are getting wins weekly (so it seems) across multiple communities. They know who they are.
As to support, to repeat, community is good for peer help often faster than official support, and many here are in each community so somewhat irrelevant which is posted, but it’s the threads where the user is thinking official support is reading, such as feature requests, is where I try to direct best fit community so Anker reads their words.
