Hi. It happened suddenly that the soundcore motion+ starts to have crackling sound coming from the left speaker even without music playing. It goes on and on even without and phones connected.
Possible to understand why and how to solve this problem? It’s still under warranty.

Try to reset the Motion+ to see if that helps out in any way.
Step to reset: Hold the Bluetooth and Volume+ buttons down at the same time for 5-10 seconds until Motion+ restarts.
If the reset doesn’t help, email Soundcore at service@soundcore.com and they can help you out by sending a replacement unit
