Can you tell me the differences?
Is only the IPX5 (life note) and IPX7 (life P2)?
I want to buy the best one, I saw Life note in waltmart and tarjet and the Life P2 in Amazon

which one is better?

The differences:

~$49.99 Life Note: IPX5
~$59.99 Life P2: IPX7

Going by that alone, the Life P2 would appear to be “better”.

The 40 hour is with the case. It is approximately 6-7 hours of play time. Then an hour per 10 minute charge.
Just got mine and love them. They also have noose reduction and work great
