I also do not understand why you say send to all the United States, if you do not send to Puerto Rico, Puerto Rico is part of the United States it is an associated free state, because when they say shipping to all United States you write with the exception of Puerto Rico?

Technically, Puerto Rico is a Territory of United States not a free state. But I still understand what you mean because you miss out on the chance to win things

They get other days off e.g. Chinese New Year 2nd week of February.
Yea I’m sure but what I meant was because I’m from India (lived there 12 years as a kid) and I got Christmas day and New Year off along with a week or 2 off for Diwali. I think Christmas and New Year are bank holidays there so everything is closed besides small shops. Now in US it’s completely different and obviously don’t get days off on Diwali or any other Indian festival because they aren’t as “big” as Christmas
Haha you know it! Yep that’s the Chinese New Year of 2019 and we will have days off to celebrate it.
