So I reported earlier that Anker might decide to change the length of the included cable to 6 feet. As it turns out, right now it is apparently not even 3 feet.

I was just about to say or in this case type what @joshuad11 said. 3’ seems short unless the receptical or power strip is right next to the bed. Even so that leaves less than a foot of Freeplay if you will.

No joke… combined with the fact that some people think you can only use the included cable or it won’t be safe

That’s actually a legitimate concern. Thanks to cheap counterfeit Chinese companies making unsafe cables.
