I would suggest going the Amazon route based on your location. Regardless of your returns window the retailer normally has to honour the warranty for defects for a minimum of 1 yearā€¦

You should be aces then, contact Amazon and report as a faulty item. If you try live chat, you might get the new speaker posted out and a time window to return the faulty speaker.

Have the same speaker myself and have never heard that sound :slight_smile:

Well if all else fails and you canā€™t return it, Iā€™d say crack that baby open and fix it yourself. If your successful you will be overwhelmed with accomplishment and if your not well youā€™ve just lost a 100 dollar speaker

I ended up buying a second one and when it arrives then ill probably return the defective one because it still works fine if i donā€™t turn it up too much. I will write when it arrives and hope its not defective again.

The second one came but sadly it has the same problem but im not going to try to get a third one im just going to keep the two i have now and connect them both so i dont experience the rattling that often. Thanks to all the people who tried to help
