and if you forget your kindle/, you can always do a bit of reading on the kindle/ app on a phone or tablet. No way as good as eInk, but good enough until you can get back onto your eBook reader
Book vs eBook
I havenât read a BOOK in almost a decade. Whenever I bought a Kindle or an eBook, I never really used the thing very much. I LIKED the idea of eBooks, but I wasnât really IN IT to WIN IT; I didnât really care to read anything with it like I should have. The reasons to own one were obvious but it just didnât stick with me. I bought about 3-5 Kindles, and on the last one traded it for an iPod Touch and that thing changed my life because it could do a whole lot more than a Kindle. Theyâre all nice but books are just better. I say that and I still donât really read as much as I used to. So what am I trying to say? I just prefer a book if I had to read again. If anyone has suggestions on things to read, thatâd be neat.
Last time I read anything was one of James Pattersonâs books in 2010 on my way to Africa, that was AWESOME.
Personally I prefer the Kindle to a book⌠my wife is the opposite. I would say that reading is important and the choice of media irrelevant⌠I work in schools and boys read more on electronic devices than books⌠its a lot easier to get them to pick up a device than a book, but the outcome is the same.
