Any issues going on for Anker Community Forum? 403 error, 500 error, etc

Yes, something wrong with our server. Our IT team are looking into it now. Sorry for the inconvience caused!

Had sent email to support@anker.com with screenshots and errors earlier today.

Seems like this happens around this time every year

Happens a few times year normally due to updates but occasionally its a general fault…the server just needs a little LTC :grin:

The problem fixed! We have spent money to upgrade the database.:money_mouth_face:

I am again seeing slowness on Anker Community…

Unable to upload pics, search takes 15 ~20 seconds…

Was unable to login at 4:30pm

Happened multiple times now… tried to search, no results and turning wheel… uploading photos failed… Happening on desktop and mobile…

Seems something is going on somewhere (perhaps the back-end server), even the collective seems to be down for logon…

Login does not work for me with username and password, but works immediately when i use the Login with Sign-in with Google option

Same here. Home computer worked last night. Phone is still working. Office computer doesn’t work. Both Anker and Soundcore forums.
