Anker devices fail to charge the PS5's DualSense controller

I have a powercore 10000 (model A1263) and a powercore+ 10050 (model A1310), both are old but have worked well for years. Neither will charge my controller when my ps5 is on. They will when it’s off though

Same I use my anker 333 cable with my PS5 pad and it works fine for me
