After 3 months of disuse my Ankar soundcare doesn’t work

After several months of daily use the Ankar soundcore has been disused for around 2 months with power cord attached. On pressing power button today nothing happened. No lights red blue or otherwise -dead! I replugged device and red light came on. Overnight charged for 15 hours. Red light out. But again no response to power on or any other buttons even after 5sec+ pressure. Any suggestions?

Try using a different cable and wall plug. If all else fails send their amazing support@anker.com a message with the issue you are having. Provide them the serial number, your order number and any steps you have tried to further help expedite the process
